Jeffrey Mitchell, President/CEO
Jeffrey Mitchell has over 23 years in the recruiting industry. He began his
career at Mason Concepts, an employment agency in 1983 as a recruiter/trainee and
progressed to Manager of Dane Ross Agency, a successful startup under the Mason
Concepts umbrella. In 1988, Jeffrey left the Mason Concepts Organization and
partnered with Harry Greenwood, former Chief Information Officer at Citibank to
start up The Pegasus Group, and assumed the role of President. He sold The Pegasus
Group to Harry Greenwood in 1994 and started up EQQUS Technologies.
Steve Gold, Managing Partner
Steve Gold has over 22 years in the recruiting industry. He began his career
at Mason Concepts in 1984 as a recruiter/trainee and progressed to Associate Manager
of Dane Ross Agency. In 1990, Steve began a partnership with Erika Schlarmann to
form a new recruiting firm, The Lockhart Group. Steve maintained the role of Senior
Recruiter and Managing Partner. In 1999, Management Solutions Inc. of San Jose,
California, purchased The Lockhart Group and Steve left the firm to assume the role
of Managing Partner at EQQUS Technologies with Jeffrey Mitchell.
