 EQQUS Technologies became a part of Dodd Business Solutions Inc. on February 15, 2008, founded by Harj Dodd. The company specializes in recruiting for high technology organizations nationwide. Clients include Expedia, Interwoven, Eharmony, Avaya and many others.

Harjinder Dodd has over 20 years of professional information systems experience with a primary focus on Information Technology, user productivity, and systems architecture improvements. In October of 2007 he resided as the Global Enterprise Oracle Architect at Efunds Corporation after leaving his role at Oracle Corporation as a Senior Solutions Architect, for North American Commercial Accounts. By February of 2008, Harj left Efunds Corporation to assume the position as President of EQQUS Technologies and Dodd Business Solutions.
